Eswatini Consulting Engineers was founded in 1985 in Mbabane and has established its reputation as one of the leading civil engineering consultancies in the country.

In 2007 the company expanded into South Africa and opened an office in Lonehill Johannesburg where it trades as PMR Consulting Engineers.

Equipped with the latest Computer Aided Design, BIM and communication technology, the highly qualified and motivated team has been involved in the successful delivery of many local and international projects.

In addition to the core-skills available within the company, further expertise and resources are available though an network of associated consultants so that specialist expertise can be provided within a wide range of engineering disciplines.

Paul van Hulssen

Paul is a Structural Engineer with over 40 years of professional experience. He founded the business in 1985 and professionally registered in the Netherlands, South Africa and Eswatini.

Michael Nann

Michael joined the company in 1999. He has 30 years of professional experience working on both Civil and Structural projects. He is professionally registered in the UK, South Africa and Eswatini.

Rasheed Gcina Mohammed

Rasheed joined the company in 2002, and is responsible for the Roads and Infrastructure division. He has 20 years of professional experience and is a professionally registered Engineer in Eswatini.

The Management team is supported by 20 dedicated employees including engineers, technicians and administrative staff.
